VOLUNTEER WORK DAYS
Skipton in Bloom hold regular work days, on the first Wednesday of the month, to tidy and brighten up the town.
Volunteers are welcome to join SIB members and, if possible, bring their own gloves, gardening tools and rubbish bags.
The next work day is scheduled for Wednesday 5 September, meeting at the Diamond Jubilee Community Garden on Newmarket Street at 9.30am.

NEXT MEETING
The next meeting of the Skipton in Bloom committee will be held on Monday 20 August at 5.00pm in the Town Council offices, Skipton Town Hall.
New members are always welcome.  For further information, please email us.

 

NEW SUMMER DISPLAYS
Twenty barrier planters have been fixed to the railings between the Canal Basin and Coach Street car park.

There are also new displays in hanging basket trees situated in Victoria Square and in tiered hexagonal planters placed by the front entrance to the Town Hall.
